SURFACE REMOVAL & SUB-BASE REPAIRS
The worn Tarmac® surface was planed to the specified depth using professional milling equipment, creating a smooth profile for the new surface. The underlying sub-base was inspected and repaired where necessary, with loose or unstable areas compacted and levels corrected to restore strength and stability before resurfacing.
DRAINAGE UPGRADES & WATER MANAGEMENT
Existing gullies, manholes, and drainage channels were cleared and adjusted to improve runoff. These works ensured effective surface water management across the turning circle, preventing standing water and reducing the risk of skidding in this high-speed, heavy-use motorway environment.
